The NSWIOP Clinic is a teaching, training and research facility for trainees and students from the medical and allied health professions. At the Clinic, you may be seen by trainees at various stages of training, and/or qualified mental health specialists from a range of disciplines. Trainees will be under the ongoing and constant supervision of a qualified specialist. For supervision purposes, information about you will be shared with the Supervisor. For this purpose, and to ensure the highest standard of treatment, all sessions will be audio-taped, video-taped, viewed 'live' through a one-way screen, and/or discussed with the supervisor. The nature and extent of the supervision may be modified throughout the course of your contact with the Clinic and you will be informed at the commencement of each session about how the session will be recorded and supervised.
