Ethics Committee (Human Research): Application Form
All Applications to the Ethics Committee (Human Research) should be submitted using the National Ethics Application Form provided on the NEAF website at www.neaf.gov.au
Ten copies of each application should be submitted to Erica Khattar at least 2 weeks before the Committee is scheduled to meet.
The scheduled dates for meetings for 2009 are as follows;
Wednesday 18th March, 2009
Wednesday 20th May, 2009
Wednesday 17th June, 2009
Wednesday 29th July, 2009
Wednesday 30th September, 2009
